Spell Check in Foreign Language

MS Office (Languages Supported with Multilingual Version of Office 2010)

  • To change the language in spell check, first highlight entire text.
  • Go to Tools, click Language, then click “set language.”
  • Select desired language (“Spain, modern-sort” for Spanish students.)
  • Click “Default” (yes)
  • Click “OK”

Atajo

  • Under the Start menu, select Programs, select Spanish, select Atajo.
  • To view Verb Conjugations:
    • select desired verb in the dictionary portion of the split screen or find it by typing the word into the dictionary search.
    • Then click on the Verb Forms icon on the tool bar, and the conjugation of the verb will pop up.
  • Click on speaker icon next to a dictionary word to hear its pronunciation. (this is fun!)
  • Reference has grammar, phrases, and vocabulary sorted by topic.

Systeme D

  • Under the Start menu, select Programs, select French, select Système-D.
  • To view Verb Conjugations:
